That all depends on what it is, but if I can't then I'll tell you... and then I can point you in the direction of someone who can.
Do you actually believe in ghosts?
Yes, I do. But I retain a sceptical outlook in order to be objective. I think most people are more concerned with whether or not I believe them... and that's something I can promise.
Are you connected to the church?
No. Though I have my own faith there's no preconception as to what might be troubling you. Any investigation is entirely objective and secular.
How much does an investigation cost?
There's no charge for a phone call. And there's no charge for advice or recommendations. Beyond that, basic costs are £150 a day plus expenses (but this does include overnight).
Is your service really confidential?
Absolutely. Nothing will be recorded or reported under any circumstances. No mention of your case (or anyone else's) will appear on this site or in any documentation. Anything you tell me or anything I learn about your situation is entirely private.
How should I contact you?
Call, text, WhatsApp or email. Day or night, doesn't matter. If I'm indisposed (or sleeping) my phone will be on silent so leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. And don't feel you have to tell me everything straight away - just make contact.
Where are you based?
I spend a lot of my time in the West Country, but I travel around the country a lot - Wales, London, Kent & Lincolnshire being mainstays. Europe as well, if it comes to it (but ghosts would need a translator).
Do you work alone?
Yes, for the most part and certainly at the outset. However, I do have a small network of trusted friends I can call if I need assistance. The involvement of anyone else would be on your approval and would not affect the privacy agreement or the daily cost of a full investigation.
